Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times:
- USA: 4–8 business days
- International: we do not ship internationally at the moment
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Shipping Issues:
GlowWell is not responsible for shipping delays, lost/stolen packages, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Please contact the carrier first for tracking issues.
Return & Refund Policy

At GlowWell, your satisfaction is important to us! Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number. Once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. This includes:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect addresses
- Unclaimed packages
- Orders returned without prior contact
Returns:
Do not return products without authorization. If required, a return address will be provided.
Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or store credit. Please allow 5–10 business days.
